Each business is unique and has different needs but typically after an induction period (1-5 days depending on the complexity of your business and your IT) Thinkality will spend four days a month (1 day each week) onsite as well as being available for phone and email support during the offsite periods. The exact number of days spent onsite each week/month depends on the business, the IT and their complexity. During the induction period Thinkality will conduct a series of meetings with all stakeholders in addition to performing a technology review.
